There is no limit to the amount of Web Teams sites you can run. You have to sign up for each one separately and will be given a different username and password for each one.

A lot of people run Web Teams sites for a Saturday team they are involved with and also a Sunday team. In addition, some people run a Web teams fan site for their favourite professional club.
