Your picture must be JPEG format and less than 200KB in size

You can only upload JPEG pictures to your Web Teams site. To check whether your picture is a JPG look at the properties of the file in Windows Explorer - the file extension should be .JPG. The file size should also be a property of the file.

How do I resize an image down below 200KB?

Do a Google search to see the 1000s of ways this can be done. Web Teams suggest you maybe try Google Picasa or a Microsoft Power Toy add in for Windows:

• Microsoft Power Toys Image Resizer

Steps required using Microsoft Power Toys Image Resizer:

Figure 4: For the web you want the picture to be around 600px wide - this will easily be less than 200KB in size

Figure 5: Your resized image is created. You should now upload this to your Web Teams site.
