Home ground: Marsh Playing Fields, Knightsdale Road, Weymouth The Mighty Belvedere play in the Weymouth Sunday League Premiership Division. Currently holders of the league title for the previous 2 seasons, dropping only 8 points last year.
This season The Belve have a relatively new team, with several new signings coming in after a few of the old squad members have decided to ply their trade elsewhere. This year Belvedere look very strong contenders on paper to retain their title, however realise other teams are also much stronger this season most notably newly promoted Duke of Albany and The Rodwell.
The Belvedere have a very solid set-up, with a commitee, a team noticeboard, new sponsors KHB Security Services, great support from Graham and Jackie at the Belve aswell as a faithful army of followers.
The Belve are based at The Belvedere Inn, Weymouth and their home pitch is The Marsh Playing Fields.
The "Mighty" Belve play in Sky Blue Shirts, Navy Blue shorts and Navy Blue Socks and are newly sponsored by KHB Security Services. |
