AFC Crooked Billet play in the Comet Stevenage Sunday Football League Division 1. They were formed in 1998 as Pig and Whistle and have had numerous sponsors over the years, the last being the Emperors Head. The Crooked Billet is run by Club Treasurer Andrea Day and former England U21 international and current Stevenage Boro' Goalkeeper Chris Day.
