Almondsbury FC is piloting an innovative programme this season which will see Almondsbury and the University of the West of the England come together to engage promising amateur footballers in high standard 11 a side football.
Players in the club could not have better mentors, with the considerable coaching skills and experience of Danny Phillips and UEFA A Licence holder Mel Davies to draw from.
We believe the partnership, together with our recent ground refurbishment at Almondsbury Sports and Social Centre, will promote our ethos of stability, desire and ultimately success.
Almondsbury UWE FC currently play in the Western League Div 1 and are entering the FA Vase Competition for the first time this season.
