Formed in 1979 to provide football for boys in the Brighton area the club started with an u/12s team and very soon developed into one of the most successful clubs in the Sussex Sunday Youth League running teams from U/8s to U/16s and winning honours in League, Domestic Cups and County Cup competitions.

In 1988 the club joined the Sussex Sunday Football League with a U/17s team starting in Division 14 which through the years reached the Intermediate Division, four years later a reserve team was formed but in recent years the two teams combined to form one team, as some of the players who had been with the club since youth level now found themselves with families of their own.
In 2005 a new U/18s youth team was formed mainly made up from the successful Seagulls Club FC U/16s. Based at the Southwick County Ground and under new management, the team have done exceedingly well in their first season, reaching the League Cup Final and finished 3rd in the League.
