Colworth were established in 1962 and play their matches at Colworth Science Park, Sharnbrook. Colworth boasts possibly the best Sunday League pitch you could find with their own changing facilities and bar. Colworth comprise of two teams, the first team play in division 2, with the second team in division 3 of the Rushden Sunday District League.
The Colworth 2nd team is no different to the 1st team, in that they aim to be competitive and challenge for a top 4 position. Players who play in this squad are just as capable and have the ability as players selected for the 1st team. It is by no means considered a reserve team anymore!
Training fee's are set at £1 per session, unless you have paid your 2010/2011 sign on fee. |
