Cove Manor FC was formed in 1982 originally as a junior club for boys leaving junior school so they could continue to play sunday football.
The club was very successful for a number of years,having six teams playing in the nehyl from u/11 to u/17,due to lack of volunteers to help run the club and managers to run the teams we went down to one team of u/16.
We were then approached by an old boy of the club who wanted to try and form a team of former Cove Manor players.This we did and Cove Manor seniors began in 1993.
We now have two teams playing in the Aldershot + District sunday football league, the teams are made up of many former junior players,some of whom have played well over 350 games for the club. |
