Fresh FC play in the Worthing and Horsham Sunday District Sunday Football League.
Dane Norris formed the club in 2007 and Fresh FC were admitted to the then bottom Division, Div 4.
The team had a mixed debut starting well then falling away towards the end of the season.
The club then appointed current manager Sam Cannon and has since enjoyed 3 succesive promotions and a cup final in his 3 years at the club. This season will see Fresh FC playing in Worthing and Horsham's top flight and competing in the Sussex Challenge Cup for the very first time.
