After winning promotion back to the Premier Division in the 2003/04 season, Our very sucsessfull Youth Team Manager Simon Williams was promoted to First Team Manager for the new 2004/05 season. We had a great Season finishing in a creditable 10th position, also reaching the League Cup Semi Finals, losing out to League Champions Tipton Town 2-1 over two legs. The squad was mainly Youth Team players from the season before and a couple of retained First Team players. Last season 2005/06 we finished as runners up to Market Drayton, in what was a very tough and long season. So we must congratulate Simon Williams and his team for that. We now have the hard job of beating that and to do so need to win the league title. Im sure Simon and the Lads will be up for the challange ahead and the battle of another long hard season. COME ON THE PEACOCKS.
