2001, Grindon Rovers created.
2002, awarded the FA Club Standard Charter.
Season 05/06, Successfully clinched the Premier League Title, represented the City of Sunderland in Italy, playing Juventus, Torino and Giaveno Youth Acadamies.
Season 06/07,Retained Premier League Title and the League Cup (3rd Time). Visited Holland, playing OJC Rosmalen and FC Den Bosch Youth Academies
Season 07/08 RANGERS unfortunatly lost the Premier League on goal difference.
ONCE AGAIN, RANGERS represened ENGLAND in an International tournament sponsored by UMBRO playing teams from England, Scotland, Italy, Canada and China at, * WEMBLEY STADIUM *.
Rangers beat China 1-0 in the final, to win the `Destination Wembley` trophy, presented by Deco!
Season 08/09 RANGERS finished Premier League runners-up.
