At Hexham Juniors U11s Greens we like to develop our skills in an atmosphere which is not pressurised or weighed down by thoughts of competition.
The fun is in the improvement.
Player interaction takes a front seat in both in training and on match days. Players are encouraged to make their own decisions, solve problems, take ownership and take responsibility for their actions without fear of failure.
Players are encouraged to make intelligent decisions and think for themselves. We believe this approach will create more talented, creative and confident young footballers.
Our motivation is sparked by the possibility of the players we could become if we practise the skills necessary to develop into masters of the game. |
