New North Warwick play in division 2 of the Tamworth and District Sunday Football League (TDSFL) and started out life many moons ago from the core of the Stoneydelph FC and can even be traced back to the Bulls Head Rovers. A very successful double winning 2005/2006 season saw the Club (then known as Riftswood United) promoted to division 4. The Riffy moved grounds in this time to the prestigous North Warwick Colliery Sports and Social Club (Polesworth North Warwick) and although the next season wasn't quite as successful the Riffy still managed second place and promotion to division 3 of the TDSFL. Due to the ongoing affiliation with the North Warwick Colliery Sports and Social Club the committee decided to change the name to New North Warwick FC and duly won the Division 3 title in the 2008/2009 season.
