Old Upminster Hammering FC play in the Sunday Brentwood football league Second Division. They were formed in 2001 as Old Upminster Boys FC but changed their name in the 2003/04 season to its current name. The team was originally a youth side known as Upminster Park Rovers FC 'C' the current manager has led the side right through to the adult leagues.
