Priory Quays the Story -

The team started life as New Inn United but was renamed in thier second season to Priory Quays. This was a squad made up of close friends and locals of the Priory area.

Players have come and gone, and come and gone again, but you can still see a few of the original faces dotted around in the squad.

Priory Quays won the Division 5 title in 2006/2007 season under the guidance of new manager Scot MacFarlane, who himself won BFA Goal Keeper of the year. Winning that league was no easy feet and it was a great farewell to a few of the original Quays!

A Steady season in Division 3 in 2007/2008 season was followed by League Triumph in 2008/2009 season. Priory Quays went top at Christmas and never looked back! They now continue the march into Division 2.

In 2009/2010 season Priory Quays led for almost the entire season and gained promotion to Division 1. However they lost out on league glory on the final day of the season.

Priory started 2010/2011 in blistering form again but injuries and suspensions took thier toll. They re-grouped and fought hard to stay in the title hunt right to the end of the season. 3rd place was enough to gain promotion to the holy grail of Sunday football - The Premier!

Mon The Quays!
