~~~~~~~ “United we stand, together we fall.” ~~~~~~~
The vision of Real West Brom Youth F.C is to provide a sustainable set up for young players on a long term basis around Staying Safe, Being Healthy, Enjoying + Achieving, Positive Contribution and Economic Well being through sports and informal education.
Real West Brom Youth FC was officially established in February 2008 due to the lack of facilities and activities for young people aged 16 and over. The club consists of players predominantly from West Bromwich, and from other places in the Sandwell area. The team also consists of players from many different backgrounds, religion, culture and ethnicity which the club is rightly proud of.
The main aim for the team is to keep young people out of anti social behaviour by engaging them in positive activities such as sports, and unite them together as one. It also gives talented young players the opportunity to show their skills and get them noticed throughout the West Midlands.
Like the senior squad (Real West Brom FC) the Club hopes to promote positive activities through football to the community, in a manner and style of which the community can be proud of. The youth team will create a platform for young players from the community to experience grass roots football before transferring their skills into the senior team which plays in the Shapla League premier Division.
Real West Brom Youth FC offers young people in the community training sessions on a weekly basis by qualified FA Level 2 coaches; the club also helps young people gain self esteem and confidence by providing recreational, educational and social activities.
