Training will then be every Tuesday and Thursday thereafter meeting 7pm at Wick FC. Feel free to come down for a trial and/or speak to one of the contacts below.

Wick FC currently play in the 2nd Division of the Sussex County League. They were formed in 1892 and played in the West Sussex League until joining the Sussex County League for the 1964/65 season. After 18 seasons in the 2nd Division they won promotion to the 1st Division.
Wick spent 3 seasons in the 1st Division before getting relegated but won the 2nd Division title for a 2nd time in the 1985/86 season.
Wick were then ever present in the 1st Division until the 2002/2003 season winning the Championship twice in the 1989/1990 and 1993/1994. In the 1992/1993 season, Wick also became one of only a handful of Sussex County League clubs to win the Sussex Senior Cup, beating Oakwood at the Goldstone Ground.
Wick were relegated in 2003 and Chairman Barry Wadsworth turned to new Manager Andy Gander to bring some welcome stability to the club. He also brought with him his coaching staff of Dean Bradford, Glenn Houchen and John Sharman.
The 2003/2004 season has been a successful one both on and off the pitch with the emphasis being on creating a superb team spirit across all 3 teams and enhancing social events as well as improving training and bringing in good quality players.
In a very successful 1st season at the helm, Wick have just finished a creditable 4th and just missed out on pormotion at the first attempt. However, Andy and his management will be looking to build on this in 2004/2005 and get back to Division 1.
Reserves Manager Eric Prior and his management team of Graham Bull and Andy Maddox have just missed out on promotion but also finished a creditable 3rd in the Sussex County Reserve Section West Division. They have also just won the Vernon Wentworth Cup for the first time in the clubs 112 year history with a 3-2 win over Worthing Utd in front of 200 people.
In addition, Chris Webber's Youth Team continue to prove to be one of the best Under 18 sides in the County and are reigning section champions. They have just finished another great season with a new crop of talented youngsters finishing 3rd in their league.
DON'T FORGET THAT THE CLUBHOUSE IS AVAILABLE FOR HIRE AT VERY REASONABLE RATES. IT HAS A GREAT BAR, DANCEFLOOR, AND SEATING IN COMFORTABLE SURROUNDINGS WITH AMPLE CAR PARKING.
