It should have been double figures a minute later but Sturmey fired wide after a fine through ball from Clifford. It took until the 63rd minute for the 10th goal. Eggleton calmly fired home after some great play from Moggeridge. 4 minutes later Simmonds nearly scored the goal of the season, but his audacious shot from fully 40 yards came back of the crossbar. McNulty scored the goal of the match with 4 minutes left, firing home from 25 yards after a pass from Rees. Galaxy completed the scoring in the last minute with Sturmey scoring his 2nd of the match following a pass from Clifford. There was still time for Clifford to have a goal ruled out for off side before the final whistle. Thompson, Barber, Turner and Dubber were solid at the back throughout the 2nd half and quite often set up attacks by playing the ball out from the back. Rees, McNulty and Eggleton were fantastic down the flanks in the 2nd half and overall it was a fantastic team performance. What a great start to the season. Well done lads.
