Match report:

Such an unlucky day for Galaxy. With quite a makeshift team with a few noticeable absences, the team ralled together and for the most part of the match took the game to the Railway Hotel side.

Despite constant pressure Galaxy could not make the most of their chances. With some great team play despite some mishaps in midfield the pressure was constant. However despite all of that Galaxy found themselves at the wrong end of a goal going into half time.

Straight after half time the pressure was increased by galaxy and very soon Dan Sidwell converted to level the scores. Galaxy maintained the pressure. The pressure soon paid off and Dan Sidwell scored again after a great pass from Nath Barber.

Galaxy then seemed to realx and allowed the Railway Hotel the opportunity to equalise through a well worked goal. The Railway Hotel then scored a third to put the pressure back on the Galaxy. Galaxy then retaliated valiantly and worked hard and dug deep, but there was no coming back and hearts were broken as the final whistle was sounded.

An outstanding effort that was devestating for all members of the Galaxy team.

Goal summary:

52 min - Dan Sidwell (7/10)
A well delivered through-ball from Nath Rodd was converted by Dan Sidwell. A fine finish with the right foot from 18 yards out.

68 min - Dan Sidwell (9/10)
Nath Barber supplied the through-ball, and Dan Sidwell found the net from outside the area with a spectacular right footed effort.
