Grindon Rangers play in the Russell Foster under 13`s Premier Division.
We were formed in 2000, playing in the Russell Foster Small Sided Football League, originally under the the name of Barnes Bees.
In 2001 the team broke away from Barnes Park FC, forming Grindon Rangers and Grindon Rovers.
In 2002 we were amongst the first youth teams in the North East to be awarded the FA Club Charter.
In 2003 the two very successfull mini soccer teams were joined together to form the impressive 11-a-side team, Grindon Rangers.
In 2005 we had a memorable season by becoming the Durham F.A County Cup Champions, League Cup Champions and Premier League runners - up.
