CLUB DETAILS
Chicken Kiev play in the Filton Pro 5, Monday Night Division 4 League. They were formed in June 2006 by founders Alex Ross, Matt Long, James Cruickshank and Simon Blay, of Horfield.

Chicken Kiev was born from an obscure conversation (as with most ideas!) involving Simon Blay and Alex Ross. Initial suggestions of Dynamo Wotton and other shocking names were binned after Brainbox Blay claimed "if your going come up with rubbish suggestions like Dynamo Wotton you may as well call us Chicken Kiev!" to which Ross wet his pants with delight; "I like that Blay, I really like it!" Others questioned the logic of such a poor name with very little thought behind it but with the effervescent character of Ross behind it, it would live forever.

And so Chicken Kiev was born........now we wonder what the future will bring for this new and promising team?!
