Athletico Bardag FC play in the Essex Sunday Corinthian Football League Division 2.

ABFC were formed in 2003 as Bardag FC. They spent there first two seasons together in the Dagenham and District League.

A name and league change followed moving to the ESCFL where they come 6th in Division 1 in there 1st season. Last season ABFC had an indifferent season mainly due to injuries and depite beating quite a few of the top teams finished in the bottom 2 and were relegated to division 2.

For Season 2008/09 we have a new home ground at Sydney Russell School and another venture into the Essex Junior Sunday Trophy.
