Nottingham Alumni FC play in the Premier division of the Nottingham Sunday Premier Football League. The club was founded in 1994 after players from 2 EMPAL sides,Nottingham Medics FC and Academics FC joined forces.
The club played in the EMPAL division 1 until joining the NSFL for season 2000/01.

The club formed its veterans side in season 2005/06 having its first game at Ilkeston Town,losing narrowly 4-3.
The first season ,under the management of S Fessey saw us lose in the Umbro plate semi final to a side containing half of Unibond side Kendal Town.
Our 2nd season ,under S Mullen saw us enter the over 40s East Mids Veterans league.After dominating the early stages we faded badly and finished second to Waltham Vets.Our second semi appearance saw us lose to cup winners Gedling MW.
