Web Teams reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services provided if Web Teams decides that the account has been used in a manner which Web Teams deem to be inappropriate.

From July 1st 2006 Web Teams will no longer be a free to use service. Any customers that do not pay for the service will have services cancelled and sites removed after 42 days.

The cost for a site for duration of the 2006/07 season is Ł15.00. The 2006/07 season as defined by Web Teams ends on 31 July 2007.

All accounts on the system must fully comply with our Acceptable Usage Policy (AUP), which is available at the following page: http://www.webteams.co.uk/aup.htm. The AUP is subject to change at any time, and any such modification shall be automatically effective to all customers and their respective accounts as soon as it is adopted by Web Teams. Failure to comply with the AUP shall result in immediate suspension or termination of the customer account(s).

Web Teams reserves the right to immediately remove any items and/or the offending sites from their servers which are deemed to be in violation of the AUP.

Domain Registrants

All domain registrations are subject to the Terms and Conditions as imposed by the registrar with which the domain has been registered. By requesting that Web Teams register a domain on your behalf, you agree that you understand the associated Terms as imposed by the Registrar, and confirm that as the Registrant of the domain, you will abide by them.

Sign-Up Process

When paying for the Web Teams Service you should fill in the order form and then make the payment to Web Teams via PayPal. On notification of payment, Web Teams will configure their servers instantly and email the customer a receipt. Web Teams do not issue hard copies of receipts.

Payment Policies

The only method of payment is through the use of the http://www.paypal.com system.

End of Season Archive

The end of season archive feature is not a guarantee that your site data will be kept archived forever. Web Teams strives to keep archived team sites for two years. However, customers are strongly encouraged to export their information onto their own systems at the end of each season.

Cancellations

Web Teams reserves the right to cancel the service at any time.

In this event, customers will be entitled to a pro-rata refund based upon the number of unused months that have been prepaid.

If a customer's service is cancelled due to violation of Web Teams' Terms of Service or Acceptable Usage Policy, no refunds will be given.

The customer may cancel the service at any time by giving Web Teams 30 days written notice. The customer will be entitled to a pro-rata refund based upon the number of unused months service that have been prepaid, less any reasonable administration charges imposed by Web Teams and less any charges applied by http://www.paypal.com.

Customer Details

Customers shall provide Web Teams with accurate contact details, and agree to inform Web Teams in the event of any or all of such details changing.

As Web Teams conduct all its business in English, customers will be expected to be sufficiently proficient in spoken and written English.

Indemnification

Customers agree that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Web Teams harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against Web Teams, its agents, customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed by or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees, or assignees.

Customers agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Web Teams against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Web Teams' server; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customer from Web Teams' server.

Disclaimer

Web Teams will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Web Teams makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by Web Teams and its employees. Web Teams reserves the right to revise their policies at any time.
